Personalise your Gmail with changing your profile picture to your picture or something represent your personality .
Step 1 : Visit Gmail.com
Step 2 :
- Go to the Avatar or G icon
- In the bigger version of Avatar Click into word Change
as following picture
Step 3 : A window of Selection picture will show up as following
Step 4 : Drag photo from your Computer to the Select profile photo window
Step 5 : Press Set as Profile picture
Step 6 : and here the avatar has been change.
